Although WaterBear does not have its own dedicated student housing, we work closely with local agents and landlords so you can find the best possible accommodation for you. Brighton is a busy student town, so we recommend to anyone needing accommodation that they should start the search as soon as possible. There’s lots on offer in Brighton, from dedicated PBSAs (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) to student HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy), flat shares and single rooms, all of which our network of property agents have access to. We keep in regular contact so they know how many students we’re expecting, and how many are likely to need accommodation.
Brighton is a city, but it's geographically small and public transport links are very good. The cost of accommodation in the middle of town is likely to be more expensive, so consider looking away from the city centre in one of the outlying areas if you need to save on cost. You'll still be close to our central Brighton campus.
In addition to working with property agents directly, we invite new applicants to join our Discord server as well as our 'WaterBear Accommodation' group on Facebook.
