Ben’s career as a recording engineer began at the famed Mayfair studios in London, where he worked with artists such as Radiohead, Supergrass and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and producers of the calibre of Nigel Godrich, Ben Hiller, Tom Elmhirst and Jim Abbiss. Now freelance and working out of Brighton’s exquisite Retreat Studios complex, Ben continues his engineering work alongside designing, recording and building products for drum sample company Drumdrops. He is also about to pioneer the release of his own music for Howie B’s seminal Pussyfoot Records label, under the name MX-774.
