A well known figure in the UK Electronic Music Scene, Billy has over 25 years experience across multiple areas of the industry culminating in founding and running BMC (the Brighton Music Conference) for the last 9 years. 

BMC was last year recognised as being the foremost event of its type in the UK. Billy started out working in various record shops to fund his hunger for new music then moved onto music distribution, festival planning, venue management and club promotions. He has an extensive understanding of current trends and an excellent network of contacts within the industry.

Billy has successfully delivered content propositions which meet and exceed the everchanging demands on a range of different projects throughout his career. Managing teams of up to 150 people and forging lasting and successful partnerships and sponsorship for many different events and projects.

Billy currently sits on the board of the Night Time Industries Association, and also works as a DJ domestically and internationally holding residencies in various venues & clubs in Brighton.
