WaterBear does not offer student housing. However, we work closely with local agencies to help source the best possible accommodation for you. Brighton is a busy student town so we recommend anyone needing accommodation to start the search and register with local agencies as soon as possible.
Although Brighton and Hove is a city, it’s geographically small and public transport links are very good. Consider looking for accommodation away from the city centre in one of the outlying areas. This approach will save money and you’ll still be close to our central Brighton campus.
If you’re a Facebook user, we have setup a ‘WaterBear Accomodation’ group which can be a very helpful way of gaining advice and information on accommodation from other members. You’re able to join the group here.
We recommend Eightfold Property Company as a reliable source of finding accommodation. Their range of student properties throughout Brighton and Hove are sure to offer any students a great place to live during their studies.
